Chloe Farmer holistic psychotherapy

I am grateful to live and work on Boon Wurrung/Bunarong Country. With heartfelt reverence I acknowledge the traditional custodians of these animate lands, waters and skies and pay my respects to elders past, present and emerging. I recognise the deep roots and vital reservoirs of ancestral wisdom, resilience and the enduring web of connection and kinship alive in Country, culture and community.
