About me
My life experience, travels, creative practice, and work with organisations, communities & initiatives at the confluence of personal, social & environmental regeneration have led me to where I am today.
I’ve experienced loss and heartbreak, detours and dark nights of the Soul, as well as illuminating moments of grace and unexpected gifts along the way. Through it all, I’ve learned to be with uncertainty and embrace the full spectrum of life, in the process of midwifing new versions of myself and alchemising my own healing and transformation.
I’m deeply curious about what it truly means to be human, especially in these times, and am devoted to supporting others to live into the questions and invitations on their Soul path.
I’m dedicated to my own inner work and believe it’s essential to guiding others with integrity. This includes ongoing professional training, supervision and mentoring.
I’m also committed to decolonising my mind & body, and becoming a good ancestor and more conscious ally to those who are oppressed, exiled and marginalised.
Walking along the beach is a sacred practice for me, one that brings renewal, grounding and creative inspiration. I find joy in life’s quiet everyday wonders, the ebb and flow of cyclical rhythms, and the ever-changing colours of sea and sky.
My approach
Process Oriented Psychology is the bedrock of my therapeutic approach. An innovative, awareness-based modality with roots in Jungian Depth Psychology, it is grounded in the understanding that life’s intelligent, evolutionary impulse is always moving through us.
Challenges and disruptions serve a meaningful purpose and are recognised as opportunities to move towards wholeness.
Person-centred and trauma-informed, my approach honours wisdom sourced in ancient traditions and the new frontiers of science, grounded in embodied presence and Soul-led, heartful living.
Building on a foundation of evidence-based therapeutic practices, I draw from a spectrum of somatic and psycho-spiritual modalities incorporating nature connection, creative arts, myth, dreamwork, story as well as ritual, ceremony and shamanic practices.
My therapeutic lens holds a vision for the individual and collective, humanity and the whole Earth community. It weaves together the wild feminine, cyclical wisdom, sacred ecology, quantum physics, systems theory, psycho-spiritual alchemy and animist perception.
